Delivery Policy

  1. The receipt printed off by you on completion of your angling booking online is the confirmation of your booking. No other form of receipt, including card statements, will be accepted as proof of booking. It is your responsibility to have this receipt in your posession. 
  2. Should you lose this receipt, the confirmation e-mail sent to the address you provided on making the booking will contain a unique code that you may enter on the site to give you access to your receipt in order to re-print it. Please note that this e-mail WILL NOT be acceptable as a receipt for the purpose of accessing a fishery and is sent for information purposes only.
  3. All bookings are also subject to the Terms and Conditions as laid down by the service/product provider.
  4. While goanglingkerry.ie/South Kerry Development Partnership Ltd. takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the delivery of the product/service is in line with that outlined on your receipt or as described on the website, they cannot be held liable in any form as agents for the failure to the service/product provider to honour the delivery of the service or product. If you do experience problems with the product/service we request that you contact the fishery manager/product provider immediately to convey your issues.
  5. If you do not receive a satisfactory response we request that you contact IFI South West and the website owner to inform them of your issues. You may send your e-mail to the website owner at goangling@skdp.net. Please ensure you put Complaint and the name of the Fishery/Product involved in the Subject Box of your e-mail. We will contact the angling/product provider and highlight your complaint to them but we cannot guarantee or assume any liability for failure of the angling/product provider to satisfactorily address your complaint.
  6. Goanglingkerry.ie/South Kerry Development Partnership Ltd. recommends that you contact the fishery manager or the person nominated by the fishery owner on your receipt at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival to confirm your arrival and details of meeting points etc. where relevant.
  7. The receipt issued for use on the fishery is for the use of the named person/s only and is strictly non transferrable. Anyone on the fishery in position of the receipt other than the person/s named on the receipt will be asked to immediately leave the fishery, and the fishery owner reserves the right to take further action against those involved as per the legal options open to them. No compensation of any form will be owed to you by the fishery or goanglingkerry.ie/South Kerry Development Partnership as agents of the fishery if you are asked to leave the fishery for infringement of the above regulations.
  8. Anyone involved (including the person/s named on the receipt) in attempting to use duplicate copies of the same receipt to enable access to angling on a fishery while purporting to be the person/s named on the receipt will be immediately removed from the fishery and the fishery owners reserves the right to take further action against those involved as per the legal options open to them. No compensation of any form will be owed to you by the fishery or goanglingkerry.ie/South Kerry Development Partnership as agents of the fishery if you are asked to leave the fishery for infringement of the above regulations.
  9. Failure to display the portion of the receipt as issued in the vehicle used to access the angling or failure to have the portion of the receipt as issued on your person as required and detailed on the receipt will lead to you being asked to leave the fishery immediately. No compensation of any form will be owed to you by the fishery or goanglingkerry.ie/South Kerry Development Partnership as agents of the fishery if you are asked to leave the fishery for infringement of the above regulations.
  10. The receipt cannot be used on the fishery other than on the date as specified and cannot be exchanged for another date with another receipt holder without the prior approval of the fishery owner or their agent. You must contact the fishery owner or the person nominated by the fishery owner on your receipt at least two days in advance of the date on the earliest permit for which the exchange is requested in order to agree such an arrangement. Failure to do so will result in the person accessing the fishery with the incorrectly dated permit being requested to leave the fishery. No compensation of any form will be owed to you by the fishery or goanglingkerry.ie/South Kerry Development Partnership as agents of the fishery if you are asked to leave the fishery for infringement of the above regulations.
  11. It is a legal requirement in Ireland to be in position of the relevant state licence when fishing. It is your responsibility to ensure you have complied with the terms and conditions as laid down under this license and no responsibility will be taken by goanglingkerry.ie/South Kerry Development Partnership Ltd. or the product/service providers for any loss resulting from your failure to comply with regulations. State angling licences can be purchased via the Inland Fisheries Ireland website and delivery of same is solely in line with the delivery policy as outlined by Inland Fisheries Ireland on their website. No compensation of any form will be owed to you by the fishery or goanglingkerry.ie/South Kerry Development Partnership as agents of the fishery if you are asked to leave the fishery for infringement of the above regulations.
  12. Goanglingkerry.ie/South Kerry Development Partnership Ltd. reserve the right to change this delivery policy as required without notice.
  13. The making of an angling/product booking by you on this site is deemed to be acceptance of this Delivery Policy.
